Sparse Bundles for Time Machine?

Does Knox take advantage of the newer Sparse Bundle disk image format? If so, then it would work much better with Time Machine since Time Machine would only backup the "chunks" of data that have changed rather than the whole disk image...

I answered my own question: Knox already uses sparse bundles. That is good.

    Welcome to the forums, fmo!

Knox does create Apple sparse bundles if you select the 10.5 radio button (the default) for compatibility. The resulting vaults can be opened on any Leopard or Snow Leopard (and presumably later) systems.
