Cannot sync with 1Password for iPad after restoring the Ipad

I restored my Ipad (for something unrelated) and after it was completed, 1Password desktop would not sync. I tried restarting both applications, and then finally reinstalling 1Password for ipad.



Now, the desktop SEES the ipad but will not sync with it, and on the ipad, it displays as if it's a new install (which it is since I reinstalled 1password for ipad)



any suggestions?

    Was 1Password Mac already showing your iPad before you had to restore everything to it? If so then you'll need to re-authorize the sync. Please see our iPad Wi-Fi sync guide here:

    You may need to click the Sync Now button in 1Password Mac to be requested for the two iPad "secrets". Please let us know how it turns out.

    i had to delete the ipad first, then sync from scratch. worked like a charm. thanks
