1p button not in IE toolbar

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't use "one click" to sign in</div>The 1p button for the extension does not appear in the IE toolbar in "My Yahoo" which is my homepage. 1p is listed and enabled in the "toolbar extensions list" in the tools menu. I must open the 1p icon on my desktop and use the master password to get 1p to fill in login info.



I installed dropbox first and installed 1p in a folder in dropbox as I plan to buy 1p for ipad and iphone if I can get 1p for windows to work.
