encrypting ~/Library/Mail with Knox?

I have searched the forums and I didn't see anything that addressed encrypting Mail's folder with Knox. In particular, is there a recommended workflow, procedure, or best practice for encrypting ~/Library/Mail with Knox? I would love to secure all my email and was hoping that Knox would be the solution.

Thank you.

Thank you for your post! This thread about encrypting Address Book and iCal data applies to your question also. Please have a look at it:

I think FileVault might be a better tool for this particular job right now.

Thank you for the reply. I have a Knox license and will keep an eye on updates to see if this becomes possible in the future.

Thanks, Gary. As we discover cool ways to do more things with Knox we'll let the forums know.

If you're still worried about security, you could use Thunderbird instead and put the entire profile inside an encrypted sparseimage and have Thunderbird use the profile from there.
