Redirect after sign-in

Once 1Password logs me into a website, how do I get it to automatically go to a specific page on that website. IE: after logging me into Budget Car Rental, it lands at the Budget user profile page but I want it to land at the reserve a car page.

This behavior is up to the website itself. However, one thing you might try is re-saving the login manually like this:

    1. Log out of the website.

    2. Click a link for the page you wish to access when logged in.

    3. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    4. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and choose Save Login.

    5. Set the Action field to Create New Login (or to Replace <login-name>, to update an existing Login item).

    6. Click the Save button.

If the "next page" is part of the URL scheme, this technique will work. I don't have an account at Budget to test, but please let me know if you find success. Some sites have only a single "entrance" and will always take you to the same page when you login while some will take you to a different page depending on which page you attempt to log in from. 1Password will log in using the exact URL and credentials as you do. If you can make the site do what you want without 1Password, you can make it work as you wish with 1Password as well. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';-)' />

Please let me know how it turns out.

Something like this would be really helpful. An extra field you could store in the 1Password record so that once the plugin recognizes that the login has happened, it would redirect the browser.

Any chance of this? I'm sorry, I'm new to the forums so I don't know if there's a specific feature request process to go through.

    Cheers,

    Nick.

Welcome to the forums, Nick. I'm not sure I understand the feature you are requesting. As I mentioned above, the page you are redirected to (if any) depends on the site rather than 1Password. Perhaps I have misunderstood your request, though.
