Post-PC 1Password

Mabye it's one old question but why don't make 1password mobile?

I don't mean the 1passwordpro or otners but if i lok around the world isgoing mobile wilt the smartfone's and tablets.

Now the main basic is still pc or mac.

I personaly used more my iphone and ipad ( and dropbox) so why don'tuse a mobile item for the basic items.

I think thats the reason why the most of people are use 1password for there mobile.

And now apple introduces icloud so now more 'people' are using a ps or mac?

It's a idea not a negative for 1password for i think its still a great idea and when a like the idea i go for it.

1Password Pro is one of our mobile apps. It works on the iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch. In addition, we have mobile apps for Android and Windows Phone 7.

I am not trying to be disrespectful, but I do not understand what you are stating. In one interpretation, I believe you are paying 1Password a compliment. In another interpretation, I'm not so sure. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

    I agree with you 100%!

    Thanks for your comments.

  • Your not disrespectful but what i meen is that the functions in the pc version not the same are as in the mobile version.

So what if you make the mobile version the leading version instead the pc version?

I ask this because the world is more getting mobile.

I can't say much more at the moment, but please be assured that we are definitely aware of the "post-PC" era of computing which Apple is doing a hell of a job helping to usher in. If the iPad alone wasn't doing it already (not to mention the iPhone), it looks like iCloud will take things even further. We are very excited about this and 1Password's current development is positioned to take full advantage of this exciting new era of computing where you may not even have (or need) a desktop computer. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    Please stay tuned.
  • hgp,

Thanks for the clarification. Your original comment makes perfect sense to me now. Sorry for the initial confusion.

I believe Khad's response says it all. Stay tuned and don't touch that dial!

Thanks for asking your question. It's important to think about future setups and how to adapt.

    Cheers!
