Keychain Import Fails

I've just downloaded version Version 3.6.0 (build 31043) and am attempting import of my keychain logins. I am using OSX 10.6.7 with chrome 12.0.742.100. The instal seems to have gone OK - 1password is picking up passwords (has for this forum anyway) & storing OK - just unable to import using the "Mac OSX Keychain" option in the import menu. I've tried this several times after looking for possible issues in the forum. A couple of times I had to approve a number of keychain access requests from Safari, but latterly just the spinning wheel...



Any clues?

    Welcome to the forums, Jez. I'm sorry that you are having this trouble.



    Please ensure that all your browser windows and tabs are closed and that 1Password is unlocked before attempting an OS X keychain import and let me know how it turns out. It may help to just do a clean restart of your Mac before you attempt the import. I have seen some strange things with the OS X keychain.
