Save login dialog disappears

I got a new 2011 MBP 17" running 10.6.7, Safari 5.0.5, 1Password 3.6.0.

On a new launch of Safari and trying to save a site login, the 1Password Save Login dialog appears but then disappears within a few seconds. It is like if I hit the cancel button but I haven't touched anything. Selecting the Save Login menu option again brings the dialog back but it doesn't disappear again. It only happens the first time I use 1Password. I was able to reproduce it multiple times.

I searched the forums but couldn't find this mentioned already so I don't know if this is known and fixed in a beta.

At this time there is no beta version, so if the problem exists there is no fix for it yet. I have not seen this myself but will try to get the rest of the team to see if they can reproduce it.

When you say, "It only happens the first time I use 1Password," do you mean the first time after a restart of your Mac? a restart of Safari? a restart of 1Password.app?

Is this an autosave or a manual save? That is, are you logging into a site normally and the dialog box pops up or are you selected "Save Login" from the 1P toolbar button? Or does the box just pop up when you launch Safari?

If you could give a list of specific steps I could take in order to reproduce the issue, I'd love to get it resolved if it is an issue in 1Password. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    Thanks!

Well, it isn't doing it right now (of course) but it did yesterday again. I'll have to do more testing.

It was happening on a fresh launch of Safari to https://www.wellsfargo.com/ and was a manual Save Login using the 1P menu in the top menu bar (not the 1P icon in Safari). The 1P application was not running. It had automatically locked the 1P keychain when I quit Safari so it asked for the master password.

Please do let me know if you have some steps I can take to reproduce the issue. I would love to get it sorted out.
