Hey there, saikungbob!

I'm sorry about the trouble. That is strange, but many times Safari updates can cause this, too. Please try the following:

    1. Quit any running web browsers.

    2. Launch 1Password, go to Preferences > Browsers, and click on the button labeled "Remove All Extensions".

    3. Quit 1Password completely.

    4. Download the most recent version of 1Password, unzip the file, and drag it to the Applications folder.

    5. Quit your web browser again.

    6. Launch 1Password, go to Preferences > Browsers, and under Advanced click the appropriate checkboxes to install the extensions for the web browsers you use (Safari, etc.)

    7. Launch your web browsers and verify that the 1Password extensions are working correctly.

I hope this solves the problem you were having. Please let me know how it turns out. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
