The extension is visible in my browser buy doesnt populate with my 1pass data. I cant login to any of websites as a result, when i created an account for this forum it didnt attempt to create a new login file etc..... what am i missing?
thanks

Hi,
I've followed the steps in this thread but I still can't get 1Password to work in Firefox 5. Oddly enough, there are two occurrences of Firefox in my 1Password preferences window, but I only have one installation of Firefox on this machine.
I'm running OS X 10.6.7, Firefox 5 and 1Password 3.6.0. Thanks for any help you can provide.Flag 0 -
Hey there, skeskali!
Welcome to the forums! I think I can help you with this.
Please try using the "Remove All Extensions" button in Preferences > Browsers in place of step 4, and then restart your Mac after the superfluous step 5. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
Hopefully, that resolves the issue for you. If not, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report to help track the problem down? You can generate one in 1Password on your Mac by going to Help > Troubleshooting > Diagnostics Report... Just send this to support@agilebits.com , and be sure to include a link to this thread for context.
If you have any other questions at all, please do not hesitate to ask. Thanks for using 1Password! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -

Hey, rogerlodge!
Welcome to the forums! I hope you don't mind, but I merged your post here. Please try my suggestion above, and if that doesn't resolve the issue for you send us a Diagnostics Report. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -
