Reinstalling 1Password, key not accepted

I needed to reset my MAC.

Installing 1Password MAC again.

When I try to enter the name/key it says "License Information was not correct"

Any idea how to fix this?

Now it says already (after 3 hours)..... Software cannot be used because trial is expired.

Annoying.....thanks for any help

There have been issues in the past where 1P maybe didn't recognize a letter or such in a persons name etc and would cause this issue.

I would recommend that you send an email to support@agilbits.com include the email which the key is licensed to etc so that they can verify you are entering it correctly. Additionally any other possible info you feel may be relevant to your email.

You can also try and have the customer center email you the key just to make sure you are not typing it incorrectly. Its also a good thing to put in 1P (see note below)

Customer center address : https://agilebits.com/c (you will most likely need to request a password if you have not used it before)

Additionally you may wish to try

    Resend license info : http://agilebits.com/home/licenses

Also I would like to recommend you store the key in 1Password, sounds weird I know. Why because you can always open 1P retrieve it via copy and then paste it into the license field. I have done this many time before. More than I care to count.

    Welcome to the forums, sloft!

I sent you a PM which should resolve the matter. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

For others coming across this via search, please be aware that case does matter in the name on the license key. It is best to copy and paste both the license key and the name on the license when entering the information.

    Cheers,
