No offer to save my login at Get Satisfaction

I just logged into my account at Get Satisfaction after being away for a while. I was surprised 1Password did not offer to save my email address and password.

I logged out and tried again. This time I explicitly saved my details before clicking the Login button. Again, I logged out and opened the login window. 1Password correctly filled in my details and logged me in.

So this was just a speed bump.

Thanks, Ward. Sometimes these login overlays prevent 1Password from working exactly as expected. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Any update on making these sites work? Really annoying that I find more of these daily, like the new http://battle.net/wow/ site

There was another thread around concerning this, but I can't seem to find it. I've found that in a lot of cases you can find a standard login page by poking around. Often, upon logging out, you are taken to a new login portal.

In the case of Battle.net, the URL https://us.battle.net/login/en/ works great for me (although I have to enter my authenticator one-time password manually, of course.) Hopefully this helps. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

As brenty mentioned, there is often a more standard login page that you can find. When Flash or other weird coding is involved (as in battle.net), 1Password will not be able to fill the form. However, we are actively working to improve 1Password's form-filling abilities.
