    I am sorry to hear about your issue.

    I was not aware of any customers running 1Password Reader on Cisco Cius (honestly, I was not even aware of this model's existence).



    If your phone has an external storage (SD card or embedded), there shouldn't be any reason that the application cannot be installed on your phone.

    We had several issues with product installations, they were all related to the bugs in Market application and we have a good solution for them.
