Improved web browsing for 1P
in iOS
I recently installed Atomic Web browser on my ipad2 and found it to be much better than Mobile Safari. I particularly like the tabbed browsing feature. I was happy to see that 1P uses its own built in browser, because this would presumably allow Agile to upgrade it well beyond Mobile Safari. Is there a way to use Atomic Web with 1P, rather than the built in browser? Alternatively, can you add tabbed browsing to the 1P browser, and eventually add the other fine features of Atomic Web and/or Firefox?

Hey there, SensorDude! Welcome to the forums!
We would love to be able to integrate with Mobile Safari in particular, since that is what most folks use, but this isn't at all possible at this time because of the iOS security model...and of course this precludes us integrating with Atomic or any other apps as well. That said, we would definitely like to improve 1Password's built-in browser, but I do not have a time frame or specifics for anything we may or may not have planned. Thanks for the suggestion, though. I am personally a huge fan (addict?) of tabbed browsing, and I hope we can add this at some point in the future! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
