Trial expiration

Hello,

I'm currently in a 30 day trial period with 1Password on the Mac. I really like what I've seen so far but I want to test it a little more before I buy it. I tried to find the date when my 30 day trial period will end but I can't find it anywhere within 1Password. Unfortunately I can't remember the exact date I installed 1Password.... Is there a way to find the date when my trial period will end?

1Password also tells me that the software will be limited to storing 20 items after the trial period. I already have around 200 items stored (imports from KeePassX and LastPass), does this mean 180 of them will be erased when the trial period expires? I'm pretty sure this will not happen but I just want to be sure.

Thanks for the help!

Welcome to the forums, balph! Thanks for your interest in 1Password.

First and foremost, I want to be clear that you are correct: 1Password will never delete or remove any of your data (unless you tell it to). So you can rest easy there. The trial period is actually based on the the creation date of the oldest item in your data file. The 20 item limit only applies to new items. You will not be able to create any new items if you have more than 20 already (which it sounds like you do).

We also have a 30-day money back guarantee, so that's essentially one sixth of an entire year. If for some reason you still need more time that that, shoot us an email when you get to that point. We are very accommodating. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    Cheers,
