Question about resetting master password

I had a question about resetting the master password on 1Password for iPhone but I just figured it out.



For others who are searching, if you have forgotten your master password but you do not have master password protection set for any passwords, you can reset the master password without worrying. Since resetting the master password only deletes passwords for which master protection is set to "On," nothing gets deleted for users who haven't started using master protection for any passwords yet.

Thanks so much for bring this up. It is a question that gets asked from time to time, and sometimes it can be a bit confusing, but you did a great job of spelling that out for us.



Honestly, a lot of people tend to forget their Master Password for their iPhone since it is so rarely used (depending on your security settings). The good news is that if you have forgotten it because you never have to enter it, you probably don't have much to lose!
