Automatic Login disabled
<div class="IPBDescription">Login</div>Hi
Now that i'm using Lion w/Safari 5.1 i noticed that 1password does not take me through the whole process when logging into a website. For example, i open the 1password extension on safari and select one of my saved password sites. It takes me to the website and shows my user name/password but then i have to manually click the LOGIN button for the website.
Prior to using Lion, 1password would log me in completely. I'm wondering if other users are noticing this behavior or is there something i need to do to correct?
Issue #2 Username/password data for Citibank.com ..... doesn't seem to work even though my information is stored in the 1Password keychain. Thank you for your help!

Please ensure that "Submit automatically after filling a Login (Autosubmit)" is enabled in 1Password's preferences.

If you are still having trouble, can you provide the URL where autosubmit is not working?
Please try saving the Citibank login manually as described in the the Safari 5.1 troubleshooting guide:
1. Enter your username and password, but do not submit the form.
2. Click the 1Password button in your Safari’s toolbar.
3. Click “Save Login”.
Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login in Safari 5.1 at:

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
I hope that helps. Please let me know.

Thank you for your very helpful tips. I was finally able to get one of my citibank accounts working, and i found a workaround with the other. Your team is to be commended on your A+ customer service.

That's awesome! Thanks for the update and the kind words. I am glad to hear that it is working for you.
Citibank has given some of our other customers trouble, too. I personally have a credit card through them, so if you run into any more issues I will do my best to help. Thanks so much for your support! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0
