More troubles, Brent. Tried to log into my brokerage account and it was unsuccessful using 1P. manually, it works O.K. but I have to go to Applications to access the passwords as there appears no way to get it from the new drop down. I'm using Safari 5.1. First time I'd been a bit confused. After dumping my cache and using a home made passpwrd (not 1P) and some handholding with the broker's IT staff, it works. Are we (1P) having problems?Flag 0

I'm not quite certain what the problem is. Could you provide the URL?
Have you tried re-saving the Login as described in the Safari 5.1 troubleshooting guide?
Thanks for your help here! I would love to get this resolved for you.Flag 0 -
One of the URLs is: https://client.schwab.com/Login/SignOn/CustomerCenterLogin.aspx?&kc=y&sim=yFlag 0

This should be fixed in the latest update. Please make sure you are using at least 1Password 3.6.5 and Safari extension 3.6.5.BETA-29. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

To manually update the Safari extension, you will need to temporarily disable automatic updates, otherwise, if you sit tight it will eventually update automatically.

We are releasing multiple updates per day now, so it can be fun for all of us trying to keep up.
Please let me know how it goes for you with the latest update.
Cheers!Flag 0 -
Thanks, mate. I'll try it in the morningFlag 0

I'm still unable to access my brokerage account using 1P. Frustrating? Yes, as it is only occurring with two accounts.
What can be wrong with this URL or their protocols?
https://client.schwab.com/login/signon/customercenterlogin.aspx?kc=y
BTW, I'm UTD (up to date)
And OBTW, what's with the pop up box on the left habd side which gives me a new name for the site every time I try to save it?
Thanks

Why does it require me to always enter my password when I select 1P from the toolbar?
I have elected NOT to require the password on opening.Flag 0 -
These are my current settings. (See attached) Why does it still require me to enter the password?
Found the User Guide O.K. but it doesn't seem to answer my questions. re this topic. Can you set me straight?Flag 0 -
Could you please try the new Beta release (3.7.1.BETA-2) and see if it fixes this problem? You can do this by going to the 1Password > Preferences window, selecting the Update panel, enable the "Include Beta versions" checkbox, and then click Check Now. Once the update is installed, try again and see if it helps.
We have improved not only Universal Unlock but also some issues specifically with Schwab logins.
Please let me know how it goes!Flag 0 -
Just got up. I'll give it a go. Did you get any time off this weekend? Hope so.Flag 0

Schwab works. The popup box on the side shows the appropriate choice.
Let's try for https://onlineservices.wachovia.com/auth/AuthService?logincode=RETAIL
BTW, the left side 'bar' is shaded in the Schwab choice.
Altho' I have >>https://onlineservices.wachovia.com/auth/AuthService?logincode=RETAIL<< shown in the master list which I can access thru the 'key/lock' symbol, does not appear in the 1P popup.
Thanks for the update. I was reluctant to use it as it was Beta.Flag 0 -

What's a weekend? <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> Seriously, though, I did attend a BBQ the other day for a friend of mine celebrating his 40th birthday. A good time was had by all, but I just couldn't stay away from these forums!
Wachovia seems to be working well for me here. Try saving a new Login for Wachovia as described in the User Guide.
Does the new Login work any better?Flag 0 -

1P doesn't want to re-save it, or even enter it. Still in my master list however.Flag 0 -
Hi Boggabri,
Can you open the main 1Password app, copy the password for americaninvestment.com site, delete the login entry and then visit it again in Safari. Enter the details and then press the button to login in, does 1Password prompt to auto-save it for you? It works for me here when I did that.
We’re working on improvements to the auto-saving algorithm as we speak. Please make sure that Safari is set to update your extension automatically in the background as instructed here.
I hope that helps. Please let me know how it turns out.Flag 0 -
Hi Boggabri_bill,
We just added the ’Save Login’ option in the latest extension update, 3.7b9. You should be able to save the login manually now:

Enter the details, then press the 1Password button (or keyboard shortcut, command + \) and press the + button to save it.Flag 0 -

Why would you say that, or was there a smiley face at the end that I'm missing? Of course we love Macs, and PCs, and iOS-based devices, and ..., well pretty much any technology we can get our hands on.
Please let us know if you have further questions or problems.Flag 0 -
