1pw popup does not pop on certain pages

Hello, I have a problem with pressing the 1P button in Safari 5.1 doesn't make the popup pop. Some of my long used pages with logins doesn't work at all. Most of them work like a charm. I really miss the old function of just clicking and choosing what login to use. Please put this in again. But the big problem is that my mostly used page doesn't work at all. I now have to manually write my login and password.



I can't write the address here because i don't want everyone to know the address to our system. If you need the address I would be more than happy to email it to one of your administrators och engineers.



But is this a known issue that the popup doesn't pop up on certain home pages and will there be a fix soon. The previous version worked like a charm everywhere.

Welcome to the forums, Mike! I'm sorry that you are having trouble. We just released a new version of 1Password that contains many improvements to the Safari 5.1 extension.



Could you please try the new Beta release (3.6.5.BETA-3) and see if it fixes this problem? You can do this by going to the 1Password > Preferences window, selecting the Update panel, enable the "Include Beta versions" checkbox, and then click Check Now. Once the update is installed, try again and see if it helps.

Hey. Not to worry about some problems. It still is a great software, and problems will eventually get solved. You need feedback from us users to know what we need and want.



However, In terms of the Never popping popup. After the update it seems to pop as it should and seems to work on the two pages I mentioned earlier. So very happy about that.



The new web extension is nice looking but for us users who really use 1PW frequently, we lack the 1 click and drag solution we had in the previous version. Perhaps a dual solution?



But, it pops and I'm happy about that. Thank you.

We are looking at our options here. There are many things that are different in the Safari extension APIs compared to the Scripting Additions method we previously used. Thanks for letting us know what you are looking for. It is much appreciated!
