old extensions folders in user/app support folder

every time i update 1password online, the extensions folder of the older version remains in user/app support folder.

    I thought we were cleaning these up upon restarting the web browser, but it looks like that's not the case. We'll need to investigate further. Sorry for the inconvenience.
