What happened to "Never for this Website"

I upgraded 1PW to v3.6.5 to re-enable functionality with Lion/Safari. Now, when visiting websites, I'm prompted to save the login, even when it's on my "never autosave" list! And worse, I've lost the "Never for this Website" option in the prompt bar. What happened?

    Welcome to the forums, jaydscan! Sorry for the trouble here. We just need to find the time to implement it. Apple made some changes late in Lion's development that required us to completely rewrite the Safari 5.1 extension. We're working hard to restore some functionality that existed in the previous extension that we had years to work on. (In fact, we just pushed out an update today in the beta channel that brings many improvements.)

    Oddly enough, while I have heard plenty of reports of this, I have not seen it myself since a much earlier version. Are you experiencing this with specific websites?
