Yes, 1Password 3 works fine with all official flavors of iCab 4 that we're aware of. Are you having a specific problem? Keep in mind that there isn't a 1P button for the toolbar but there is the contextual menu and the "key" menu on the main menu bar, just to the right of iCab's Help menu.

Sorry, 1Password doesn't work in iCab 64bit verson so I set it to run in 32bit mode.

    Hi Gnarlodious,

Both you and Marty appear to be correct. 1Password version 3 (latest 3.2.2) works fine with iCab in 64 bit mode on Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6). 1Password version 2 (latest 2.12.1), however, requires that iCab (and also Safari) on Snow Leopard be run in 32 bit mode.

I'm glad that you knew how to configure things, but for the sake of others, the instructions for running 1Password version 2 on Snow Leopard with Safari

apply just as well to iCab.

I should say that I am confident that you wouldn't regret moving to 1Password version 3. Since 1Password 3 has now been out of Beta for several months we've had to make the difficult decision to cease any further development of 1Password 2. The much easier option is to upgrade to 1Password 3, which is our first paid upgrade ever. As well as adding full Safari 5 and 64-bit support 1Password 3 has a range of new features and a brand new redesigned interface. You can take a look at all the new features of 1Password 3 here:

I hope that helps. Please let me know.

    Thanks!
