Login issues
Hi
What am i doing wrong, i haven't downloaded Lion as yet, i have Mac OS X version 10.6.8 & 1P version 3.6.1 for the first time. I open up any site that i have a P/W saved, in the previous versions, I go to log in, then in the browser window i click on the 1P, i would then put in my master PW, the program would enter everything for me, Great? Now, when i click on 1P in the browsers window a drop down window opens with the 1P safe window , so i enter the master PW which opens, then nothing? from the drop down window that opens it doesn't fill the log in details, so i then have to open 1PW from the dock and copy my user name and PW to log in, is it me or have i missed out on something, once logged in to say your site, it now is asking if i want to save this log in in 1P.

Hey Robert,
Sorry for the trouble.
Do you have JavaScript enabled in Safari? Also, if you are using Private Browsing, please disable it and then relaunch Safari.
Please also disable Safari's own AutoFill if you haven't already.
I hope that helps. Please let me know.
Thanks!Flag 0 -

Please don't disable JavaScript. You need to make sure that JavaScript is ENABLED for 1Password to work. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

Please also DISABLE Safari's AutoFill.

That should resolve both issues.Flag 0 -
Hi
I did as you suggested, and still no good,. When i have Agile web solutions open and i want to log in, i go to the 1P in the top just beside the traffic lights red, yellow & green buttons, click the 1P and i have a drop down window which is the same as the 1P window in the dock, i put my master PW and my login info comes up, why doesn't it automatically log me in?

You will need to either press Command-\ on your keyboard (the Fill Login shortcut) or select the Login item by clicking on it. The new Safari extension also supports many other keyboard shortcuts as well.
If you want to log into a site you are not currently viewing in your web browser, use the "All Logins" tab in the extension.
More information on how to use the new extension is available in the 1Password User Guide.
Please let me know if there is anything else i can help with.
