Feature Request: Work with TradeKing logins

If one has a TradeKing account, they'll find that security choices made by TradeKing make 1Password less-than-useful. While they do allow 1Password to paste the username into the initial login page at https://www.tradeking.com/PublicView/home/login_page.html?page=UTFUN , subsequently, one must use their onscreen virtual keyboard to input the user's password (at https://www.tradeking.com/Modules/Login/challengeSubmit.php ). I understand why they do this—to defeat keyloggers.

I used 1Password to make a secure password befitting the sensitivity of this site (14 random characters with mixed case, numbers, and symbols). Unfortunately, the very secure nature of my password, combined with their odd keyboard configuration choices, makes it an absolute pain in the derriere to input the password.

Is there anyway that 1Password can interface with their secure password input routines?

Thanks!

    Welcome to the forums, St3phen!

I am not able to access that page since I don't have an account on that site. I have seen this before and the paradox is that they usually make things extremely difficult for users like yourself who want to use a strong password. Most folks just give up and use one that is easy to enter on the virtual keyboard. Kind of the reverse of what they probably would want if they are concerned with security. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_worried.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':S' />

If you can save the page as a Web archive and email it to us at support@agilebits.com, we can take a look at it.

If it is anything like other login pages employing a virtual keyboard, there may not be much we can do. We never say "never" though! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
