I have set my Profile/Settings to sent me a mail when there is a reply in a topic that I have reacted upon. However I do not get any mail. I did check the not wanted bin but no mail in there either.

    No one have a solution?
  • Hey mac.gerbruiker,

Sorry for the late reply. I'm investigating the issue, but haven't found a reason yet.

I'm waiting to hear from some other team members, and I will let you know when I find out something.

    Cheers!

I found that it's necessary to manually subscribe to each thread, even though my profile/settings option has been chosen.

Don't know why this is, but at least if I take the time to manually subscribe (I think that option is near the top right hand portion of the original post in each new thread) <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> at least that gives the desired result.

I must have been behind the door when they passed out the intuitiveness package for this type of forum software... <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':(' />

Notifications can also be affected if threads are merged or posts are moved. Normally this isn't as much of an issue since the threads with the most recent posts are at the top of the listings. However, lately, with the volume of posts we have been seeing here, threads can easily get buried.

The best thing to do is manually subscribe to a thread, but also check the "Find My Content" link on your profile page. That will show you all your posts regardless of whether they have been merged, moved, or subscribed to.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.

    Cheers,

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
