Too many in list

It appears now that 1Password shows all the logins to the -- domain.com -- ever to a -- something.domain.com -- using this for my company's various web sites means I need to remember which login I use, defeating about 70 % of any usefulnes that 1 password had.
What's up? Am I missing something? This might be a way to circumvent the problem of multiple starting points for a bank let/s say. But I need a way to have 1Password look at or save the entire URL and only show one password ( catchy name huh!) for that URL.
