Family Pack upgrade purchase problem

I'm a single user license owner and want to upgrade to the Family License for the rest of my family, however the select button is greyed out and no matter what I do, I can't find a way to add the Family Pack upgrade to my cart, even when I enter my license number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the link from which I'm trying to upgrade:

I'm sorry for the confusion here. I took a look in our system, and I think I know why you cannot upgrade to a Family License. You already have a Family License! <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_bigsmile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-D' />



That allows you and four other people in your household (total of 5 users) to use 1Password on as many Macs as you all can collectively afford.
