Hello, I work with webkit nightly.

How to turn on and off cookies?

    Welcome to the 1Password forums, Valik. You might get better response for WebKit issues in a WebKit forum, but you should be able to toggle the cookie settings in WebKit just like you can in Safari. The preferences are essentially identical.
