Extension disappears in Safari 5.1

We just upgraded to Lion and Safari 5.1, but I can't figure out where my extension is going. Looks like I successfully install it (3.6 beta or 3.7 beta), the 1P button appears on the top bar, then everything disappears once I quit and restart the program, including the download! Any ideas about what to check?
