Suggestion Ability to Review Items

Would like a smart folder that allows me to review items. If I still need an item, then I click a button called reviewed, and the item disappears from the smart folder. Smart folder could be based on review date.

You can do this using tags. If you configure 1Password to prompt you for a name when an item is saved, you can add a "review" tag. After you've reviewed the item, remove the tag.

I am moving this to the feature request forum.

This doesn't solve the functionality I am looking for. I am not wanting to review new items, I want to review old items that have been around for a while. Items that make the grade get a review date. Items that don't get deleted.

If you want to see a good implementation of this, check out OmniFocus.

Thanks for the additional information. This is very specialised functionality that I think exceeds 1Password's scope. For now, I would still recommend that you use smart folders for this purpose. You can create a smart folder that contains items created or modified before a certain date, which would show you the items that have been around for a while.

I did this. However, the only way to modify is to edit, then type something somewhere. Very time consuming for 460 items modified before 2007. Looking for an easy painless solution that doesn't give me carpel tunnel.

Have you looked at sorting by the Modified Date column in the 1Password application? That's what I do from time to time to bring older items to my attention for any new tagging, edits, etc. that newer items have been getting.
