1P Will not save new passwords

I just started using 1P recently and have been trying to update a few of my passwords at various sites, so far I have had zero success. On a change password page I've filled in my current password, invoked the 1P key in my browser, generated a new password, and then pressed the "Fill" button. Once I do that, the 1P utility disappears, I click confirm on the web page to set the new password and then nothing else happens. 1P never ask me to save the new password. I understand from several posts here that there is an issue with this and the recommendation is to then save the password manually using the 1P application.

When I try to do a manual save I must be doing something wrong as it will not take. I select the sites login screen in 1P, reveal the password and then highlight the password and paste the new password. It will not accept the paste.

I need help getting the change password sequence to work or at least need to be able to manually change the password in 1P.

Thanks for any assistance!!!

Charles

    Hey Charles,

Could you please try the new Beta release (3.7.1.BETA-2) and see if it fixes this problem? You can do this by going to the 1Password > Preferences window, selecting the Update panel, enable the "Include Beta versions" checkbox, and then click Check Now. Once the update is installed, try again and see if it helps.
  • Khad,

    Yes, that worked, Bravo <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I only had time to try it on one site, but it worked exactly as it should.

    Thanks so Much!
