Do you have a FREE "service" of looking at a particular 'log-in' page to determine what the ID/name/etc. of a single entry text box is? 1PW is recognizing the second page at this site, but does not recognize the request for a "Bank Anywhere ID" on the first page. I've tried assigning even a blank field name in a user-created 'login' without success.

I'm sure these multi-page logins are a security feature and it may be good that it's not extremely simple to have auto-fill capabilities, but I'm too lazy to have to type in, much less remember a 12 digit number to put into this one field.

The site/page is :<Bank Anywhere Log In>

It may use php or some other script/server-side validation, but the fact that it seems to be a Microsoft server is not encouraging...

Just wondering...you guys seem to be able to do just about anything and quickly, however, a miracle might take longer. That's OK, I understand that!

Hi. Love your avatar :) Thanks for the flattery, and we also appreciate you giving us a bit of extra time for miracle performances, as opposed to our regular laying on of hands! :P Seriously, though, we do take a look at websites all the time, and of course it's a free customer service.

Those multi-page logins are a security feature, but they can also be a minor nightmare for password managers! We have a tutorial for multi-page logins, but I"m not sure how much help it will be on this one. The problem we have with testing banking/financial sites is that, without having an account ourselves, it can be incredibly difficult. I'm going to make note of this site and we'll get our heads together and see what we can do. I took a look at it to rule out major things like Flash, and it wasn't.

Also, feel free to send questions like this to our support site: support@agile.ws. Give us a bit of time to look at and test this, and we'll post back here.

You can determine this by looking at the page's source (cmd-opt-u) but it should not be necessary. The process for setting up multi-page logins should get things sorted out for you:
