Cannot update to 1password 3.7.0

Hi guys, I am new here. I am not sure if I am in the right place.



I am running Snow Leopard 10.6.8, Safari 5.1. The problem is that I can not upgrade. Every time I tried to upgrade (tried with direct/alternate/primary download) and it keeps saying "An error occurred while trying to download the file. Please try again later or use a different download location". What should I do?



Because of that I do not have 1password on safari (it disappeared after the upgrade). Only Firefox and Chrome have 1password.

I am running 1password 3.6.1.

    Welcome to the forums, Nuno. I'm sorry that you are having this problem. I wonder if there is something on your machine or within your network which would be blocking certain domains.



    Try this:



    1. Download 1Password from our web site:

    http://agilebits.com/downloads

    Click on the "Download Now" button under "1Password 3"

    2. Quit your web browser and 1Password, if it's running

    3. Drag the newly downloaded version of 1Password to the same location as any previous one -- replacing it

    4. Run 1Password at least once and then your web browser



    Your information is stored in a data file separate from the application, so it will not be harmed by this procedure.



    Please let me know how it turns out.
