I just upgraded to 3.2.1 on Leopard. Things seem to work OK, except for when I try to do search for something in 1P, I'm greeted by this:

What now, o sage gurus of the Agile Web Solutions?

This thread is the same as your error, somebody posted a workaround...
I reinstalled me Mac yesterday and had the same issue. I then downgraded to 3.1.3 and the issue was resolved. Then I upgraded by using the Check for Updates... option within the program. Now I have 3.2.1 without the search exception. If I installed using the 3.2.1 DMG file, I had no luck. Not the ideal solution, but it might work for some.
Flag 0 -

We don't like for problems to crop up but we do try to quickly resolve them, even when the developers are all cloistered at WWDC. Please upgrade to 1Password 3.2.2 where we fixed an additional case of this problem specifically for users upgrading from 1Password 2.Flag 0
