Ctrl + \ and InPrivate mode on IE9

I have noticed that whenever I enter InPrivate mode on IE9 the Ctrl + \ shortcut does not work. If I go to tools and choose 1Password from the menu it does work. Is this a known issue? Is there something that can be done to fix this. I am currently using IE9.0.8112.16421 and 1Password for Windoes 1.07.211.

    To help protect your privacy, Internet Explorer disables all toolbars and extensions by default in an InPrivate browsing window. This includes our 1Password extension.
