multiple logins for a site - safari shows one, chrome shows both

I have a site with a couple of login ID's, but in Safari 5.1 it's only showing one. I tried using Chrome and it correctly gives me the option of either login.

    Could you please post the URL saved for each of the login items in question?

    Well, that was it. The login which was not available in the safari plugin had additional info (secret questions/answers) inside the URL field, separated by what appears to be linefeeds. I edited that out and now it's working!
