I'm sorry for the trouble here, greyhard.
Please try rebuilding your data file in 1Password on your Mac (Help > Troubleshooting > Rebuild Data File…) and then reset Dropbox syncing in 1Password on your iPhone (Settings > Sync > Dropbox > Account > Reset).
I hope that helps. Please let me know.
Thanks!Flag 0 -

That is odd. Is 1Password up to date on both your iPhone and iPad? It sounds like you may have a few damaged items in your 1Password data stored in Dropbox. Are you trying to restore from a .1ptbackup file saved on your PC? Please let me know. I look forward to hearing back from you. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />Flag 0 -
i have a updated both to lastest version. 1pass for iphone from apple store. 1pass for windows from agile website 03 August 2011.
try backup and remove all data from dropbox, iphone, and pc.
Then start 1pass, create new folder in dropbox, then restore backup, start sync.. and again have a error.
On Windows 1pass works fine.Flag 0 -
To help us track down the issue more quickly, could you please email us your Diagnostics Report? If you have an email client installed, you can send the report more easily by selecting Help > Diagnostics Report > E-mail to Agile. If you don't have a desktop email client, you can select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File. Then open your webmail, create a new message to support@agilebits.com, and just upload the exported file as an attachment to that message.
Please include a link to this thread in order that we might more quickly "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, though.
Also, can you tell me if you have all of your 1Password data already in 1Password for Windows or are there some items that are only present on your iPhone?Flag 0 -
Hello greyhard,
We did receive your report, and it is being reviewed now. We will respond to your e-mail when we've finished our analysis.
Thank you for your patience.

Any progress? I am also curious. Have the same problem...
My observations:
* When I add an entry in 1Password Windows (1.0.8.214) it still syncs perfectly to my Iphone (3.5.9)
* When I add any type of entry in Iphone none is synced to PC.
It seems that one of the entries in 1password Iphone app hangs the dropbox sync. I don't know which though. I am willing to erase entries in Iphone, one by one, and sync each time to see if it "opens up" the full dropbox sync, but you might be interested in the current state of my 1password iphone app. Please advice how we go forward.Flag 0 -
Hi Doctor Rudolf, welcome to the forums.
We're a bit behind with the emails but I just sent a quick follow-up to greyhard to try something.
You do have the right observation, it is usually an item that's damaged and it would stop the whole sync process.
The best thing to do is to check that 1Password works with a clean data file. Sometime this is a sign of a damaged 1Password app on the iPhone if 1Password still can't sync a brand new data file.

Open 1Password on the PC, unlock and go to Backup > Backup 1Password Data.

After that, go to File > Export > 1Password Interchange Format and all items is checked, export it

When that is done, close 1Password and open Windows Explorer to go to your Dropbox folder.

Move the 1Password.agilekeychain folder to the desktop. Reopen 1Password

1Password will ask if you want to create a new data file or choose and existing folder, tell it to create a new data file

Create a new item as a test

Open 1Password on the iPhone and see if the Dropbox will sync correctly with that new data folder.

If it does, try to import the data via File > Import in 1Password on PC and select the file that you exported in step 2.

See if 1Password will sync correctly now
I hope that helps, please let me know how it turns out.Flag 0 -

Welcome to the forums, Gonto! Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.
1Password for Windows will only import Login items at this time, so any other item types will need to be entered manually if you are using 1Password for Windows.
If you are using 1Password for Mac, please let me know what version.Flag 0 -
I am hoping that the Windows app and iOS app can be updated to resolve this, but I don't have a time frame.
The only solution at this time is to either manually enter the non-Login data in 1Password for Windows or to import it using 1Password for Mac if you have access to a Mac.
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer at this time.Flag 0
