I purchased 1Password for iPhone. Where is the license key for the Windows version? I'm sure a person does not have to purchase this twice.

I'm sorry for any confusion here, 1Password for Windows is licensed separately from 1Password on the iPhone, so you don't receive a license key for our Windows app when you purchase the iOS app from the iTunes App Store.



1Password for Windows is a fully featured application that has it's own development and support costs and so we can't just make it a free application, as much as we'd love to.



With that said, 1Password for Windows is priced at $39.99 from our online store but we're very happy to offer a $10 discount for our existing iOS customers when you add 1Password for Windows to your cart using the following link to the store:

No, you need to setup Dropbox syncing using 1Password for Windows, though this may be something we change in the future. The good news is that you can do this using the free trial of 1Password for Windows available from http://agilebits.com/downloads and then follow the setup guides here:

Nothing, the trial ending won't delete any of your data, and 1Password on the iPhone will continue to sync to Dropbox when you make changes.



Well, at least that's the story on the iPhone, after the 30-day trial you won't be able to add any extra items using 1Password for Windows unless you purchase a license.
