Polldaddy Login No Longer Working

<div class="IPBDescription">Sites with issues</div>I use Polldaddy.com on a daily basis, and pre-Safari 5.1 extension, I didn't even need to call the log-in pane, 1Password was able to log me in from the home landing page. Now, it can't log in even when the log-in pane is invoked. It may have to do with Polldaddy being heavily flash-based or HTML5 or something, but I'd sure like to get that functionality back.

Other than that, the new Safari extension has been working like a charm. BTW, I'm using the latest Beta iteration of the extension.

Cheers.

Hello remslie and welcome to the Forums!

Thanks for the kind words! We are glad that everything is working like a charm...almost. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

I just saved a test login for polldaddy.com, and it appears to work for me. Of course, I am getting a Login error each time, but the username and password fields fill correctly, and the form does autosubmit.

I am running the latest versions of 1P's desktop app and Safari extension: 3.7.2.BETA-2 (build 31094) and 3.7.b10, respectively, as of this writing.

I know you stated that you are running the latest beta, but with the fast pace of updates to the desktop app and the Safari extension, it is always helpful to state which versions you are running.

Please make sure you are running our latest releases and try again. If you are still having problems, please re-save your login by following the procedures listed here: A Login used to work, now it doesn't.

Please let us know if you continue to have problems with that URL.

    Cheers!

Thanks Brandt for the reply. Yes, I checked and am running the 3.7.2B-10 extension. I tried it again and it did fill the fields, even while the log-in was hidden, but did not auto submit. This is a step in the right direction, and I expect it will eventually get back to the perfection that was before.. 1Password is one of the must-have add-ons on all of my devices, and I know it's challenging keeping up with the browser/site updates. Keep up the great work!

    Hey remslie,

Thanks for the update. I'm glad that we've take a step in the right direction, but I'd be happier if the autosubmit worked for you.

I added polldaddy.com to our URL test list, and we will investigate why you are experiencing the non-submit behavior.

I am glad that you consider 1P as one of the "must-have" extensions on all your devices. I felt the same way before (and after) I joined AgileBits, and I am glad to hear from other users who feel the same way.

I'll pass along your kind words to the developers. I used to wonder, but now I know, how much each of them appreciates the type of encouraging sentiments that you relayed.

    Thanks again!
