Old keychain not compatible with Lion

I just bought a new Macbook Air and it has Lion preinstalled. I keep my "1Password.agilekeychain" file on Dropbox and it works fine on my two other macs. When I start up 1Password it presents a dialog to start a new database or find an existing database. I click on "find existing" and navigate to the Dropbox file, I get a message that says

Invalid Data File

Data File 'file://localhost/Users/rickrichardson/Desktop/1Password.agilekeychain' is incorrect or damaged. Please choose another file.

I downloaded the latest version (3.7.1). What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Rick,

    Has Dropbox finished syncing?
