Encrypt back-up disk (Time Maching & Superduper)

Hi:

Has anyone tried to use Knox to encrypt their backup drives? I use it on thumb drives, but a 2TB Time capsule is a little different than a 4GB USB key.

Thanks,

Scott

I found a forum post noting that it works with superduper:

Still would like to use it for Time machine: I back up at home and at the office and would like to encrypt the office backup...

    Welcome to the forums, Scott!

We are still looking into the appropriateness, and the proper way to setup an OS X volume that could hold your Time Machine backups. While encryption would be beneficial, reliability and smoothness of operation is more vital to most users using Time Machine. We'll be updating the documentation as we discover more. Please keep an eye on http://help.agile.ws/Knox/faqs.html where we document the things you might most need to know about Knox. (try typing that out quickly: "know about knox") :)
