Bank of Zachary login trouble
Comments

Ever since the switch to Lion, my bank web site will not autofill as it used to. I used to be able to launch the web page, and 1Password would fill in and submit. Now it won't. Can you fix it?

Same here. Mine works fine in Firefox, but not in Safari 5.1.Flag 0

Hi folks,
We've made a lot of changes recently. Please make sure you are using 1Password 3.7.2 or better. If there are sites you are still having problems with we need the exact URL to the login page, please. Also a description of what works and what doesn't (auto-save, auto-fill, and auto-submit) would be very helpful in tracking down the problem.
Thanks

Yes. Running 3.7.2, build 31099, latest I am able to download. Auto-fill and, of course, auto-submit are not working. Did work before Lion. Here's the exact URL:

Thanks for providing that URL, blbennett43. Sorry we missed it in your earlier post.
Please try using this alternative Login page for the Bank of Zachary
https://server20.cey-ebanking.com/CLKPCB/065402520/login.asp?ID=836428668
You can save the login manually like this:
1. Enter your username, but DO NOT submit the form.
2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and click the + button in the upper right corner of the extension.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the password page
Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a a sample logins for each page of the Bank of Zachary login process in Safari.
Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. <img src='http://forum.agile.ws/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />
I have also passed the main URL along to the developers so we can improve saving and filling there.
I hope that helps. Please let me know.
