Master Password Incorrect

I know what my master password is, but with a recent upgrade, it now says my master password is incorrect. How do I fix this problem?

    Hello Bill1223 and welcome to the Forums!



    I don't mean to offend you by mentioning this solution first, but have you tried to enter your Master Password with Caps Lock both on and off? You would be surprised how often that is the reason for your issue.



    If you have tried it both ways, and you still cannot login in with your Master Password, please reply back and let us know. In addition, please provide the version of 1Password that you are using.
