how do I upload a copy to iDisk?

I have tried to upload a copy of my Agile Keychain to iDisk. Previously, it uploaded it as a folder with several files inside, but now all I get is "there is an error uploading this file". I have no other way to access my keychain in my workplace as the computers are configured to reject all flash devices. Does anyone have a way to upload a copy of the keychain to iDisk so that I can download and use it elsewhere?

thanks for the help

    Hi there,

I won't say it's not possible, but there is a high risk of messing up your 1Password data, so please don't do it.

You could certainly export a read-only copy of your 1Password data to iDisk for access at work.

File > Export All > Encrypted Web Page

    Thanks

Thanks. All I wanted was a read only file. It seems that exporting the agile keychain isn't working because the file is bigger than 2MB, which iDisk won't accept.
  • Well, as you probably know, iDisk will be going away in the future, once iCloud is fully available and as Ben mentioned we've seen far too many issues with iDisk storing even a read-only copy of your 1Password data.

If you can access iDisk from work, you may have luck using Dropbox as we detail here:

    http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html

You can then go to Dropbox.com, login and you'll be able to access 1PasswordAnywhere using the 1Password.html file within the 1Password.agilekeychain file, which shows up as a folder in Dropbox.

    Hope that helps,
