No Safari Extension in 5.1

<div class="IPBDescription">Safari Extension not installing</div>Using the following:
1Password v 3.7.2 (Build 31099)
Safari v 5.1 (6534.50)
Problem:
When I open 1Password, I receive a notice to “Install Safari Extension?”
If I select to “Install Now”, Safari is opened (I have also tried with Safari being already opened) and the following information appears in my address bar of the browser. However, it never completes or resolves. It just appears to hang up at this point. I have tried to check the Safari Extensions list and 1Password does not appear to be registering in the extensions.

Suggestions?
I also use 1Password with Chrome and it appears to be working fine.
