Welcome to the forums, DZ!

Oddly, I just had a similar problem on my own machine except that all of my system sounds had stopped playing (delete, empty trash, screenshot, etc.). Restarting my Mac cleared it up. What version of OS X and 1Password are you using?
  • Hi,

I'm using OS 10.6.8 and the Version 3.7.2 (build 31099). Can you suggest some help. Restarting did not fix.

    Thanks,

    DZ
  • Maybe a similar issue: I have no unlock sound during the first unlock since I updated to OS X Lion. Using 1Password 3.7.5.

Welcome to the forums, MarkusJ. I just experienced the same thing. I think it may be related to Lion's Automatic Resume feature. We will investigate further.

DZ, please update to 1Password 3.7.5 and let me know if the issue persists. I'll do some more testing in Snow Leopard to see if I can reproduce the issue.

    Hello everybody,

Same issue for me, I cannot hear unlock sound when I started 1Password (Updated 3.7.5) on My Mac OS 10.6.8

When I lock 1Password and after I unlock the sound appear well.

    Regards.

UPDATE : Since I used 1Password extension in Chrome, I hear well the unlock sound when I started 1Password... It's very strange issue solved
  • That is strange indeed. I am not having this issue on Snow Leopard, but I had to crank my volume up to be sure. I keep my system sounds pretty low. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />
  • This is happening to me too. MAS version installed this morning. No lock or unlock sound at all.
