Login trouble with specific URLs

Hi,

I just upgrade and experiment problem on 3 sites (I tried to import the exact same chain on 10.6 and everything is working well)

https://professionnels.societegenerale.fr

button OK click is not working

https://www.americanexpress.com/france/cardmember.shtml

auto fill is ok but can't click on the button automatically

http://acces.standard-clients.fr/

password autofill and button click don't work

Any idea?

(latest 3.7.2 and Macos X)

Many thanks

Many thanks for your quick reply, for the first two links the fix would be profitable for many people as it is two major banks.

You are quite welcome! We are always improving the form filling code. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/skype_smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':-)' />

    Thanks for the input!I

I just tested the 2nd link you posted and it worked perfectly for me.

Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.
  • Many thanks for your reply, in fact the second link is working but only if I click on the 1P in Safari.

If I double click on the link in my 1Password wallet , the auto fill is working but impossible to auto click on OK, I need to click by myself.

Hope this is more clear for you.

PS : it is the same issue on the first link : autofill is ok, but "auto click" or "auto submit" is not working
  • Hello Benoît,

Thank you for the update! We are working to fix the behavior on all of the sites you listed for us.

Thank you again for giving us specific URLs to test. I hope to have better news for you in the near future.

    Cheers!
