Cannot open vaults since upgrading to 2.1.5

Since updating to 2.1.5, when opening a vault through the Knox menu, I get this weird attached dialogue that tells me I had problems CLOSING the vault!!



I can still open the vault by directly double-clicking, so no panic, but basically I cannot use Knox at all.



Any suggestions?
