Shortcut doesn't work

Hi: I'm running the new 1Password for Lion on Snow Leopard. I do not plan to upgrade to Lion. The shortcut does not work. I want to go back to the previous version of 1Password. How do I do that?

Which shortcut are you referring to? I'd be happy to help you get it working. Do you have the 1P toolbar button in Safari?

sorry for busting in! I have the some kind the same problem (if I assume correct)



The "Go & Fill" Shortcut (default ALT + APPPLE + \) its not working with the last 1Password in Chrome and Firefox. Safari seems ok.



Also changed the default shortcut to test, but still no go.

There is a known issue for Firefox keyboard shortcuts affecting some users, but I can't reproduce the problem in Chrome. Try disabling all other Chrome extensions and see if the issue persists. We are working on a solution for Firefox.
