In addition to "thanking" me for sending this information, why don't you also send me an email that you have fixed the problem?

Thank you

    Hi there.

I wish we could email everyone individually, but we're a very small team and just don't have the resources for that. But the upside is that's why we have the forums. <img src='http://forum.agilebits.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Everybody gets an answer, and hopefully other people who may be having the same problem can find the solution.

We'll check these out and see what we can do.

    Thanks

    Hi Bob,

I just went through and tested these and was able to get all of them except AMEX to work. AMEX's site appears to be down at the moment:

    Our System is Not Responding

You may experience intermittent delays. We apologize for this inconvenience.

For each of these, please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your username and password, but DO NOT submit the form.

    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.

    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).

    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

If the new login works (it should) then you can delete the old one by launching the main 1Password app and deleting it from there.

    Hope that helps.

I would like to add this URL as one that doesn't work:

    https://timesheets.rscinet.com/cgi/rt.exe

When I try to login in the information gets inserted but then returns with the login screen without an error message.

I tried to procedure above and that doesn't help.

Thanks, Fred. It looks like the password field is not being saved. I will pass this along to our developers for resolution in a future update.

If we can be further assistance, please let us know.

We are always here to help!
